In order to get that paste, get that baking soda and put some few drops of fresh lemon juice. Put some of that paste into the blemish for a faster removal.

To get that buildup in the hair, a clarifying shampoo used once a week can be useful. But if that clarifying shampoo is not available, make your own through mixing ordinary shampoo with baking soda. Use this 50/50 mixture like a normal shampoo, and then you’ll remove that buildup.

Get that 3:1 mixture of baking soda and water for a good paste. Scrub that onto your face for that great exfoliation.
