Gentlemen and aspiring buddies, get ready to be a “Blogging Superstar”. I am “Active Learner”, allow a bit of concentration upon my (free of cost) writings and gear up to learn the recipe for a successful blogging mechanism, that’s not all I’ll teach you the legal and ethical ways to earn money online in the upcoming series of articles.
Keeping in view your battle with the time constraints I would concisely elaborate what exactly blogging is.
In a nutshell the Blogging could be termed as “Digital Internet Media Channel”, its synonymous to media as during the last couple of years blogs have evolved to appear more like Internet Channels that offer video’s, text articles, pictures and voice messages. Blogging is a platform where individuals could share opinions, news, analysis, knowledge, personal life and other valuable stuff globally.
My Blogging Formula
So who wants to keep himself drenched with the passion to blog, at least for the next couple of years. Here I am with My Blogging Formula that if applied correctly will force you to exclaim
“Where were you before….Active Learner!!!!”
I know a lot will be running into your brains about the efficacy of my blogging formula but let me be clear you need to inject diligence, dedication, intelligence and determination before you could actually taste the delicious flavor of success.
To begin with this formula first you need to decide the niche of your blog i.e the topic on which you wanna write like for example, the topic of my blog is “Entrepreneurship” this blog cover both online, offbeat and offline prospects pertinent to Business.
Now while you have decided the topic for your blog simply follow the 5 basic steps that gonna make your blog stand out in a herd of similar one’s.
1- Sketch the Synopsis
This is the one of the most integral module of blogging.
After deciding the niche, you need to sit down and relax starting to think about the new content ideas. I know in the beginning it may sound a bit weird but what I am teaching here is to turn your brains into an idea generating factory.
Remember don’t get influenced after reading any article over the Internet but just concentrate on conceiving your own idea’s. Keep a piece of paper along with a pen and continue jotting down rough ideas that you could think about.
When you think you have had enough then review your working papers to analyze which of your idea seems appropriate to work upon like one of the ideas that i thought was
“Why Should an Entrepreneur Blog?”
It is recommended to have at least 100 valuable & genuine ideas before migrating to the next step.
2- Research your Target Audience
Now the research phase initiates, you now have the job to figure out your potential readers, simply utilize the power of search engines for analyzing the trends and topics most admired by your targeted audience.
Don’t be shy asking questions from your readers, it’s the time to collect some information about your targeted readers like the writing style they are more comfortable with, the type of information they are in the quest for and the purpose for which they will be hovering their eyes over your blog.
The best way is to start reading the comments and feedback left by user’s on various famous blogs, next join question and answer websites like Quora.com, Yahoo Answers, Answers.com etc and start reading the questions pitched upon those sites, join relevant groups on Facebook etc.
Bear in mind you require substantial information in order to create an outline of user demands before writing your posts.
3- Create an Articles Bank
By the way, you are standing on a crucial step, it’s the time to start processing your viable ideas into blog posts keeping in view the expectation of targeted audience.
Remember you need a lot of research before you could actually nurture your ideas into something substantial, take references from various books, forums, question and answer websites but remember never take any influences from a proper website covering the same niche otherwise you are ruining your efforts.
Try to compile your post with authentic information, proper headings, comparisons, relevant images, videos and links to other resources that may sound useful.
Remember you have to compile at least 70 comprehensive, error free blog posts before putting your blog live. Once you compile your blog posts arrange them into categories and Hurrayyy….! You are with your Articles Bank.
4- Create a report upon competitors
It’s the time now to do a SWOT analysis on your competitors. This analysis includes closely monitoring the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and costs.
Although this step may bring a lot of dismay about the future of your project but at the same time you will get the stimulus to work harder and excel your rivals.
Try using Alexa.com to figure out their top traffic sources, the audience trends, top ranking keywords etc. Once you have collected the suitable information then devise a plan for effective implementation of your strategy to be market leader.
5- Go Live My Blog
It’s not the end of your Think Tank job but go on with designing and developing your blog according to latest technology. It is advised to use WordPress CMS and customize the templates to make your blog a self signature brand.
Yuppie…..! I am so excited its the time to put your blog live for the global audience.
Start posting your articles on a daily basis but a maximum of two per day while excess of everything is bad.
In the meanwhile you need to repeat the exact same formula described above after every twenty days and believe me you are on the right track.
